The Australia New Zealand Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuse (ANZATA) is a not for profit organisation that relies solely on funds raised from membership subscriptions and any profits from training events or the Biennial Conference.

Payments received for membership subscriptions and virtual events are not refundable.

Payments received for training events and conferences are fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received more than seven days before the commencement of the event.

Cancellations at short notice (seven days or less) are not refundable. However, a full credit may be given for any future, non-virtual training events on application.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members will continue to have access to their benefits until this date.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership period.
